Going back in time, your team has been elected to help a government party develop an infrastructure project for a past post war election. You have the opportunity to distort the reality in which we now live. Your solution must incorporate a 40-60 year plan that brings you to the present day. You are tasked to consider; how efficient it will be? How will it be integrated into the Wellington region? What has happened to it over time? (Decay or addition) How do we interact with it? etc
But there is a twist... you cannot construct your building out of conventional building components. You must instead be resourceful and utilise a series of mechanical parts.
